Position: 1. Administration& Finance officer

Reports to: Branch II Manager

Location: Shashemene

Job Summary:

Under the instruction and supervision of the Branch Manager II, the Finance and Administration Head plans, organizes and coordinates the overall administration and finance function of the branch. Keeps custody of personnel files of branch employees, prepares payroll and other payments of the branch; handles employees complaint and query summarizes and reports to the branch manager for further actions;; manage and coordinates the logistical requests of branch employees deployed in outsourced service ;manages the attendance, remuneration, disciplinary case, leave administration and other personnel functions in accordance with company’s HR policy rules and regulations, handle the financial matters of the branch, follow up and ensure that contract agreements are executed properly and renewal or termination of employment is considered on time

    Minimum Requirement:

    B.A Degree in Management or Accounting or Economics or other business related fields with 2 years related work experience

    Competency:

    • Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
    • Basic financial management principles
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill
    • Basic computer application skill

    Position:2. Senior Accountant

    Reports to: Manager of General Accounts

    Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

    Job Summary:

    Under the supervision of the Manager of General Accounts, the Senior Accountant is responsible for performing advanced accounting activities, including the preparation of financial reports, reconciliation of accounts, and monitoring of receivables and payables. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and supporting the Manager in maintaining the integrity of the company’s accounting data.

    Minimum Requirements:

      Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other Business-related fields with 4 years of related work experience,

      Competencies:

        • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
        • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
        • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates effectively.
        • Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.

        Position: 3. Senior Branch Coordination Officer

        Reports to: Branch coordination &monitoring manager

        Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

        Job Summary:

        Under the direction of the immediate supervisor , the Senior Branch Coordination Officer participates in planning and directing branch monitoring and evaluation activities of the company; assists in the development of customer service strategies and customer service management support system; develops and implements effective monitoring and evaluation tools for reviewing and evaluating operational activities of branches and to improve accountability of branch operation; consolidate and analyzes periodic plan and performance reports of branches; evaluates and rates the relative contributions of the branches to the performance of the Company in accordance with the branch grading and classification guideline in place.

          Minimum Requirement:

          B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or Marketing or other Business related fields with 4 years of related work experience

          Competency

          • Knowledge Of The Operation Of The Company
          • Thorough knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and practices

          Position:4. Senior Spare Parts & Inventory Officer

          Job Summary

          The Spare Parts & Inventory Senior Officer is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of ATM spare parts, tools, and technical assets across all maintenance centers. The role ensures that spare parts are available when required, properly recorded, and used efficiently to minimize downtime and operational costs. This position also manages asset lifecycle records, coordinates with procurement and maintenance teams, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements.

          Competency:

          Education:

          • B.Sc. (BA) Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
          • Postgraduate studies or certifications in Inventory/Asset Management are advantageous.

          Experience:

          • Minimum 4 years of experience for BSC/BA in inventory or asset management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
          • Minimum 2 years of experience MSC/BSC in inventory or asset management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.

          Experience in handling high-value technical components (e.g., ATM, IT, or industrial equipment).

          Position:5. Branch Manager

          Job Title: Branch Manager

          Reports to: Branch Coordination and monitoring manager

          Location: Dire Dawa

          Job Summary:

          Under the general guidance and direction of the Branch Coordination division manager, Branch Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls operational activities of the branch; ensures the adequacy and proper utilization of resources allocated to the branches; accomplishes assignments, directives, and other related activities delegated to him/ her; ensures that financial transactions are properly maintained, recorded, balanced and timely closed; ensures the up-keeping of all cash and payment instruments in safe custody , submits regular and special reports on the business Operation of the branch.

          Minimum Requirement:

          Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other Business related fields Or BA Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other Business related fields with 7/9 years of working experience respectively of which 2 years at Job Grade 8/ 4 years at job grade 7.

          Competency:

            • Thorough knowledge of business and financial management practices
            • Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Company
            • Ability to coordinate, motivate and direct subordinates;
            • Analytical, communication and interpersonal skill;
            • Basic computer application skills

            Position:6. Senior Technical Trainer

            Required Number:2

            Location:Addis Ababa

            Job Summary

            Responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for ATM engineers, technicians, and support staff. The role ensures that all maintenance and operational personnel possess the required technical skills to install, configure, repair, and maintain ATM hardware and software systems. The trainer also collaborates with equipment manufacturers and vendors to ensure training materials are current and aligned with technological advancements.

            Competency:

            Education:

            • B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering & related field.
            • Postgraduate Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering),

            Experience:

            • Minimum 4 years of experience for BSC or Minimum of 2 years of experience for MSC in ATM maintenance or related technical service field.
            • At least 2 years of experience in technical training,
            • Experience with multiple ATM models and diagnostic software or related

            Certifications (Preferred):

            IT or Network-related certification is an added advantage.

            Position:7. Workshop Manager

            Required Number:13

            Location:Addis Ababa

            Job Summary

            The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities within the ATM Maintenance Workshop, ensuring that defective ATM components and modules are repaired, refurbished, and tested efficiently. The incumbent manages workshop engineers, technicians, and spare parts coordination to maintain high-quality repair standards, minimize downtime, and support overall ATM network performance. The Workshop Manager also ensures adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.

            Competency:

            Education:

            • B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or related technical field or
            • Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management),

            Experience:

            • Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance,
            • Minimum 8 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
            • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position leading workshop teams.

            Certifications (Preferred):

            Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices is an advantage.
