Position:1. Junior Battery Swapper

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Junior Battery Swappers to join our growing operations team in Addis Ababa. As a Junior Battery Swapper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our electric two-wheeler riders have seamless access to fully charged batteries. Utilizing our user-friendly mobile application, you will support customers in need of a battery swap and efficiently exchange their depleted battery for a fully charged one. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Degree (Only 2025 Graduate)with relevant knowledge or training in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to use mobile applications confidently and accurately in a work environment (e.g., for deliveries, ride-hailing, or logistics). This is a critical skill for operating the battery swapping system.

Position:2. Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience (CX) Manager to lead and strengthen Dodai’s after-sales operations and customer journey — from support and service to long-term satisfaction. This role is both strategic and hands-on. The CX Manager will play a key part in building a world-class customer experience function, achieving 3–5x higher efficiency than any peer in the market by leveraging advanced tools, digital systems, and an extremely customer-centric mindset. The CX Manager will report to the Head of Commercial, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations — ideally within automotive, mobility, or telecom sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams (call center, CRM, or after-sales).
• Strong communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.

This role goes beyond transactional purchasing, focusing on developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier performance, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and financial objectives.

The successful candidate will also lead the procurement team, strengthen supplier networks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Position:5. Warehouse Supervisor

Purpose of the Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management within the ERP system, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse and financial processes. This role involves leading a team, optimizing workflows, maintaining data integrity in the ERP system, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting and control. The WarehouseSupervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that both physical and digital warehouse operations meet company goals for logistics, supply chain, and financial integration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.

Position:6. Site Acquisition Associate

Purpose of the Position

The Battery Swapping Site Scouter is responsible for identifying and sourcing high-potential locations for Dodai battery swapping stations across Addis Ababa and Sheger City. The role focuses on rapid field scouting and early-stage site validation, ensuring that potential locations meet Dodai’s technical, operational, and commercial site selection criteria, including suitability for installing dedicated electrical infrastructure where required. The Scouter plays a critical role in supporting Dodai’s goal of deploying 40 battery swapping sites within 8 months by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified locations and presenting ready-to-review site opportunities to the Supervisor. Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified sites sourced, the speed of identifying potential locations, and the quality of sites that progress to acquisition and deployment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture & Urban Planning, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in field-based roles such as site scouting, real estate, sales, or operations.
• Physically fit and able to travel extensively across the city for field scouting and site visits.
• Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and Sheger city areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and conduct field visits regularly.
• Ability to use Whatsapp and other communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, telecom tower site acquisition, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.

The Junior Battery Charging Technician supports the day-to-day operations of Dodai’s battery charging facility by ensuring lithium batteries for electric motorcycles are safely charged, handled, and made available for swap stations. This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on safety, discipline, and operational consistency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: TVET / Diploma or equivalent (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or technical roles (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Willingness to learn lithium battery handling and safety practices.
• Physically able to lift and move batteries.
• Able to follow instructions and procedures consistently.
