Position:1. Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Qualification
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Candidates who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 1 years administrative experience
Position:2. Technical
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical
- Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles
- Training on EV diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of high-voltage safety
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 years technical experience
Position:3. Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Promote company products and services
- Maintain customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets
Location: Addis Abeba
Qualification
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience:
- Not required (experience is an advantage)
Position:4. Human Resources (HR) Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR policies
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Support training and development programs
Location: Addis Abeba
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
Position:5. Finance Officer/ Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records and accounting processes
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
- Monitor company expenses and revenue
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Location: Addis Abeba
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial software and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
